Nexus Corporation, a Seattle-based award-winning pharmaceutical production company, acquires Michco Data Mfg. for 150 million dollars. This is one of their latest maneuvers that continues Nexus’s global expansion strategy of investing in top-tier talent in both medical and technological fields to thrive in this constantly evolving business landscape.

Michco Data Mfg. was unfortunately on the edge of a decline due to companies taking more interest in cloud storage rather than traditional methods—without being aware of the security risks.

However, thanks to Nexus’s partnership and interest in secure and private solutions, we will now be in charge of manufacturing storage devices as well as other equipment.

Michco Data Mfg. is the fifteenth independent company to be acquired by Nexus, joining a group of highly skilled professional teams that have since been elevating like never before. This latest move will further broaden Nexus’s portfolio of intellectual properties for its shareholders and its investors.

Not to worry as we will continue to operate as an independent manufacturing company, working under Nexus, and its internal organization will remain in place, including its leadership team.

In addition to our storage products, Michco Data Mfg. will begin development on expanding our product line into new electronics.
